Sock Monkey Drawstring Bag

 I finished this Sock Monkey themed drawstring bag over the weekend.  Wouldn't it be cute holding a small boy's special birthday gift?  He could also use it to store his toys and gadgets after the party is over.  I have a couple for sale now in my Etsy shop and they come with a matching personalized gift tag.

Tote Bag finish this morning

I finished this tote bag this morning.  I found the pattern while looking on Pinterest - it is the Tessa Basket by http://www.pinkxstitches.blogspot.com/ .  I made it up in all of Emma's favorite colors.

More Owl Tooth Fairy Fabric and Color Combinations

 I have been busy stitching up some samples for my Etsy shop - new fabrics and color combinations for my Owl Tooth Fairy pillow designs.  I think I like the first one best....

Zippered Pouch - Owl in dotted fabrics

Another finish from the weekend - a little (6 inches tall and 9 inches wide) zippered pouch that I appliqued the front with a cute owl and quilted the back.  All fabrics are dotted.  I really like the combination of aqua, brown, orange and green.

Early morning sewing

I started sewing early this morning and finished up a few more quilted dtawstring bags.  I love to sew in the early morning hours before anyone else is up and about.

Froggy Zippered Pouch

I finished another zippered pouch today.  It has an appliqued front and pieced and quilted back.  I have spent hours reviewing zippered pouch techniques on Pinterest.  I think I have a combination that works for me.

Another zippered pouch finish today!  The front has been appliques and embellished with rick rack and buttons and the back has been pieced and quilted.  Fun!

I started this cute little zippered pouch a while back and just finished it up.  The front was pieced and then appliqued and embroidered with my own design and I then added a pieced and quilted back.  This little one of a kind pouch is now listed for sale in my Etsy shop and waiting for a home.

I have been working on some cute quilted drawstring bags for my Etsy shop.  I love making these and especially picking out fun bright color and pattern combinations.  So far, I have finished 2 different bags and custom designed tags to go with them.  I based these bags on a tutorial by incolororder.com .

I am spending the weekend finishing up Easter orders for my Etsy shop.  These cute little tags are personalized with a single initial and can be used for an Easter basket or gift.  The front is done in white linen with cotton appliques.  The back is a cute cotton jelly bean print.

What am I working on today?  Stacks and stacks of cute little bunny eared jelly bean bags in an assortment of fun fabrics and color combinations!  I am making these as fast as I can to fill orders for my Etsy shop.
