This little chicken was mailed this morning to an Etsy customer.  The chickens are a favorite of my grandchildren.

October 24 - More Christmas Fabric

Another order of Christmas fabric arrived today.  I can't resist these prints, especially when they are on sale!

October 23 - Headbands

I finished a couple of cute headbands today.  I like picking out the fabrics when I make these and they are a great project to use up the scraps in my basket.

October 22 - What's for Dinner?

I made Giada's recipe for Sausage and Peppers for dinner tonight.  This is a family favorite!

October 21 - Little Purple Crinkle Owl

I finished another little crinkle owl today - in a purple polka dot this time.  He is backed with a soft bright green minky fabric.

I finished another pink one too!  I love that I can use up my tiny scraps of pretty bright fabrics on the "feather tabs."  So far, these little owls have been sold to Etsy customers in Virginia, NC, SC, and Canada.

October 20 - Finished Bibs

Here are some of the bibs I finished this morning and listed for sale on Etsy.  I am very pleased with the way they turned out!

October 19 - Bibs, bibs, and more bibs

I spent some time today finalizing my bib pattern design and stitching up some prototypes using Christmas print cotton fabrics, cotton batting, chenille, and terry cloth.  I have chosen a combination of cotton and chenille for the ones I will be listing for sale in my Etsy shop - mycreativefrenzy.etsy.com .

October 18 - Pre-washing Fabric

I spent some time today washing some new fabric additions to my stash.  These fabrics will be used for baby items - diaper covers and bibs.  I pre-wash them to prevent shrinkage in the finished item.

October 17 - This little owl is going to Canada

I finished the custom order green Crinkle Owl today for shipping to my Etsy customer.  This was my first international shipment.  This little owl along with a blue one went to Canada.

October 15 - Little Baby Crinkle Owls

What is on my workbench this evening?  Little baby Crinkle Owls.  These have been "favorited" by quite a few, and have also been selling in my Etsy shop.  I did a custom order for 2 owls (one blue and one green), and decided to make a few more (including purple this time) for inventory.

October 14 - A couple more finished projects

I got up early this morning to work on some projects I have in the works - sock monkey, Christmas diaper covers, and little owl crinkle toys.  I finished the sock monkey (without buttons so it is baby safe), and a fully lined diaper cover, and started on 3 owl crinkle toys - pink, purple, and green.  I'll be working on these owls again this evening.

I stocked up on some fleece this weekend and Emily sent head measurements for Bobby and Noah.  I'll be working on some hats for them in the upcoming week.

October 12 - Our front porch is decorated for Fall

We finished decorating our front porch for Fall.  This is my favorite season!

October 11 - Christmas Gift Bag in Pink

I finished another larger size Christmas fabric gift bag today.  It is the same penguin print - but, in a colorway that includes pink, red, black, and white.  The bag and lining top is darling pink and red polka dot - I like this combination!

October 10 - Another Sock Monkey

Here is the latest sock monkey I finished today.  He sold on Etsy within a day - so, that means I need to get to work on more sock monkeys.  I will definitely have to keep these hidden from Emma!

I finished a set of small 5x7 inch Christmas fabric gift bags today to list in my Etsy shop.
